Dustin Curtis can’t sleep as well as the rest of us. His solution? A slumber hack for everyone.
Interesting stuff here. For myself, the 20 minute nap doesn’t leave me feeling “rested”, however it can work for me in the short term. After 2 or 3 days of that, though, it catches up to me.
I’ve also found that when allowed to sleep without interruption, I tend to wake up in some multiple of 90 minutes. Nothing else on that yet, just interesting.
